Custom Silkscreen Bottles Nalgene has a Private Label Program. It's a great
way to promote your business or social event! Customize your bottles for special events,
competitions, give-aways, etc. Silk screen your logo or artwork right onto the bottle!
Your minimum order is only 144 bottles. Private Label Art Requirements & Specifications Digital Art Requirements: The screener prefers Adobe Illustrator 10, Generic Vector EPS or Adobe PDF. They also support Adobe Photoshop 7, CorelDRAW 10 and Microsoft Word. Vector art is always preferred, as it provides the best possible reproduction quality and images can always be resized without loss of quality or detail. All text should be converted to curves before sending vector art. Raster art such as PSD, TIF, JPG, BMP, GIF and Raster EPS files, should be 300 dpi at 100% print size for Grayscale, RGB, and CMYK images. For black & white bitmap images the resolution should be at least 800 dpi at 100% print size. 72 dpi web images are not acceptable. We are unable to accept QuarkXpress, Pagemaker, Publisher, Word Perfect or Freehand files. If this is all you have, every effort possible will be made to convert it into an acceptable format. Camera-Ready Art Requirements: Reproduction quality is dependent upon the quality of the artwork supplied. Camera-ready art should be supplied on clean flat paper. Laser prints should be printed on 600 dpi (or higher) printer, and is preferred at 200% of the final print size. Multi-color art must be accompanied by black & white color-separated art with registration marks for each color. Always include a color composite. Art supplied with halftones should be at 40-45 lpi at 100% final print size. Acceptable Media: The screener is a Windows based operation, all art should be sent on PC compatible media (CD, 100mb Zip or 3 1/2 diskette). They can not guarantee the usability of Mac formatted media. Artwork Return Request: Artwork will be returned upon request after completion of order.
* All art that doesn't meet these requirements may be subject to a $60 per hour art charge.
* PMS colors will be used as a reference when printing, we can not guarantee an exact color match.
