Guaranteed leakproof! Nalgene products are long-lasting and known to be extremely durable. However, Nalgene products may not survive falls from significant heights and in some instances, may not be covered under the standard Nalgene leakproof warranty.

Returns:

All returns require a return authorization number (RMA #). Sorry, returns without RMA # will be refused. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of invoice date.

Items that are not restockable (i.e. price stickers are affixed, packaging is damaged, discontinued items, etc.) will be credited less a 25% return fee.

Shipping discrepancies or invoicing errors must be reported within 5 days of invoice date.
